Volleyball is one of our favourite fun summer activities. It allows you to stay fit while catching a tan to! Playing 45 minutes of volleyball can burn up for 585 calories as well as improve muscle strength and tone. Volleyball requires you to use your upper body, arms, shoulders, thighs, abdominals and lower legs. It improves hand-eye coordination, reflexes and balance. Grab a few friends and head to the beach to enjoy the many benefits of volleyball and most importantly have some fun in the sun!
Rock Climbing
Rock climbing is a fantastic activity that almost everyone can enjoy! It doesn’t matter if you have never been before, and you do not have to be spider man to get to the top. It’s a great way challenge your self, build your stamina, increase flexibility, bring ability and gain mental control. So if your tired of your same old work out routine and your looking for a great way to get fit with a little bit of excitement then add rock climbing to your list of fun summer activities.
Roller Skating

If you’re tired of the treadmill but still want to get your heart rate up and improve your muscle tone roller-skating does just that. Not many sports let your burn calories while standing on wheels. Paint Balling
This is such a great way to let off some steam, unwind and get down and dirty after a stressful week. It is not good to be overly competitive and sometimes its not so fun playing with someone overly competitive but with laser tag you can have a good competitive game and enjoy every minute of it.
Lawn Bowls
Lawn bowls is a precision sport that is played for the challenge and competition, personal enjoyment, physical activity, the pleasure of spending time outdoors and for the social interaction. It’s a therapeutic form of exercise with low impact. Because of its relaxed pace and light physical demands lawn bowls would fit nicely into fun summer activities to do on a hangover! Take off them shoes and socks and have some fun in the sun.
Golfing
Another great one to add to the hangover fun summer activities list. Without using to much energy golfing incorporates cardiovascular exercise, strength training and even balance and coordination. With all of these benefits it is hard to say no to a game of golf. Even if you don’t think golfing is for you it could still be great to go along with your friends and cruise around under the sun in the buggy. That’s heaps of fun to!
White water rafting
Consider competing against some bubbly rapids, face your fears of water, heights or extreme speeds by hitting the river this summer white water rafting.
